About Turo247 Scout

Turo247Xpress is a Nigerian courier and delivery platform available nationwide — anywhere you are in Nigeria. Turo247 Scout is our community partner program: we believe the best way to grow a delivery network is through people who know their neighbourhoods — not billboards.

A Scout picks one track. Rider Scouts find and support new dispatch riders: helping them register, get their documents approved, and complete their first trips. Customer Scouts introduce people and businesses that need reliable deliveries — shops, online sellers, offices — and help them place their first orders.

In return, Scouts earn a real share of the business they create: 2% of every fare their recruits complete, for 12 months after the recruit becomes active. It's not a one-time bonus — the more successful your recruits are, the more you earn, every single month.

The program is built on verified identity. Every Scout, and every rider on the platform, is verified with their National Identification Number (NIN) — you enter your NIN and upload a photo of your NIN slip or card, and our team confirms they match. One person, one account. That keeps the program fair for the Scouts doing real work in their communities.
