Turo247 Scout Program Terms

Turo247 Scout is a referral partner program operated by Turo247Xpress. Scouts are independent promoters — not employees, agents, or franchisees of Turo247Xpress.

Each Scout chooses one track at signup: recruiting riders, or recruiting customers. The track cannot be changed without contacting support.

You must have a valid Nigerian National Identification Number (NIN) to join. At signup you enter your NIN and upload a photo of your NIN slip or card; our team verifies that they match before approval. One NIN may hold exactly one Scout account. Applications with a NIN already registered — as a Scout or otherwise flagged by our verification — are rejected.

Scout accounts require approval by the Turo247Xpress team before a referral code becomes active.

You may not recruit yourself, and self-referrals (including accounts we determine to be operated by the same person) forfeit all related earnings.

A referred rider becomes ACTIVE when they complete 10 trips within 30 days of signing up. A referred customer becomes ACTIVE when they complete 2 orders within 30 days of signing up. Referrals that miss the window earn nothing.

From activation, the Scout earns 2% of the fare of each completed trip attributable to their recruit, for 12 months from the activation date.

If both the rider and the customer on one trip were referred (by any Scouts), the share is split 1% / 1%.

Earnings apply only to trips on which Turo247Xpress collected its platform service fee. Trips during zero-fee promotional periods do not generate Scout earnings.

Earnings accrue to your Scout wallet automatically when a qualifying trip is completed.

Payouts are requested from your dashboard, reviewed by our team, and paid by bank transfer to the account details you provide.

The minimum payout is ₦5,000. Payouts are processed monthly.

We may hold or reverse earnings connected to fraud, fake orders, cancelled/refunded trips, or breaches of these terms.

Scouts must represent the program honestly: no false earnings promises to recruits, no charging recruits fees, no misrepresenting yourself as Turo247Xpress staff.

Creating fake rider/customer accounts, simulating orders, or any scheme to manufacture earnings results in immediate termination and forfeiture of the wallet balance, and may be reported to authorities.

Turo247Xpress may adjust program rates, activation goals, and payout rules for future referrals with notice through the Scout dashboard. Changes do not retroactively reduce earnings already accrued.

Either side may end participation at any time. Legitimately accrued balances above the payout minimum remain payable on the next payout cycle.
